ABACUS - Architecture PSC, San Juan Puerto Rico



				AT&T Miramar AT&T required the addition of administrative offices and equipment space due to their expanding operations in Puerto Rico. In response, the architects provided the design of 2 additional stories to the existing AT&T building in Miramar, Puerto Rico. Other improvements included the design of a new internal stair and a tower for microwave antennas as well as an overall facelift and beautification of the building’s front façade. Client: AT&T


				AT&T Cayey In 2000, AT&T decided to move their administrative headquarters from San Juan to Cayey, Puerto Rico. The architects designed the expansion of 20,000 square feet of office space and support facilities, including the interior design of the administrative offices, reception area and telemarketing center. Site improvements included new parking areas, landscaping and other miscellaneous improvements. Client: AT&T Construction Finish: 2002 Project Cost: $4,900,000.00
