Caguas Courtyard Community Housing
In a joint venture with Young and De La Sota, Architects and Engineers; ABACUS designed this urban renewal project as part of an overall program to provide affordable housing in urban areas of Puerto Rico.

The design of Infill housing provides low income rental within the Caguas city center through a non-profit corporation based in San Juan, Puerto Rico.  This project provides approximately 81,570 square feet of residential space for 2 and 3 bedroom apartments.  The total construction area is 149,127 square feet which includes Daycare and pre-school community facilities, parking areas and open air courtyards above the parking.
